Join us for a Self-Compassion Series designed to build wellness skills through interactive discussions and practical exercises.

This virtual four-week series, running on a weekly basis will explore the foundations of self-compassion, self-kindness, mindfulness, and common humanity. Each 1.5-hour session focuses on key themes: understanding self-compassion, addressing self-criticism, practising mindfulness, and fostering connection to shared human experiences. Participants will engage in evidence-based insights, guided activities, and group discussions to deepen their self-compassion and strengthen resilience.
